The selection is aimed at residents of Barcarena and Abaetetuba, in Pará, and those interested should click here to register . & nbsp; In this edition, 105 vacancies will be offered, 60 to work at Alunorte and 45 at Albras. Applicants must be between 18 and 22 years old, available to work eight hours a day, in addition to having completed high school and not having been selected by the program previously.

Upon registration, it is recommended that participants previously read the instructions on the “Online Application” page. It is also mandatory to attach the curriculum, proof of address, proof of completion of high school, identity document and identification sheet of the Work Card. After online registration, candidates will receive a confirmation email.

The first step of the selection will be through an online test. The other phases will be in person. Those selected will start work in March 2019 and the program lasts for one year. The amount of remuneration and benefits offered are compatible with the market.

The Jovem Aprendiz program has been carried out by Hydro since 2011, with the aim of contributing to the qualification of young people from the communities surrounding its units . In the 2018 edition, around 130 people from Barcarena and Abaetuba participated in the program.
