Applications for the recruitment process for the Albras and Alunorte 2022 “Jovem Talento” Program are open from November 9th to 28th. In this edition, 54 places for young apprentices will be offered for the aluminum plant and 82 positions for young apprentices for the alumina refinery. The selection is aimed at young people aged 18 to 22, completed by February next year, who live in Barcarena and Abaetetuba. Candidates must have completed high school or are attending, availability to take the course with a daily workload of 6 hours and not have been a young apprentice at Hydro before.

The “Jovem Talento” program has been carried out by Hydro since 2011 with the aim of contributing to the qualification of young people from the communities surrounding its units. The start of activities for the new young apprentices is scheduled for February 14, 2022.

Upon registration, it is mandatory to attach the curriculum, proof of residence, proof of completion of high school and identity document. All opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PCD) and rehabilitated by the INSS. After registering online, candidates receive a confirmation email with directions for the next steps in the selection process.
