Linking theory and practice? Naturally for us. Hydro Research & Development regularly give lectures on current topics and innovations related to aluminum as a material at various universities.

Universities are important educational institutions in which students are taught profound theory. If you add some practice, this is definitely not a bad mix - that's why Hydro cooperates with RWTH Aachen, VU Brussels and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (NTNU), among others. We also have close ties with the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences.

As part of the cooperation, qualified employees from Research & Development give lectures on current topics and innovations related to aluminum.
