Both editorial content is published on the pin board and questions about career topics are answered. Hydro expressly motivates its own employees to use the fan page as a common communication platform.
"We believe that with the career fan page we can communicate even better and more intensively with our target groups," explains Jan Patrick Turra, project manager for the development of the fan page. "We are very much looking forward to the future development of this platform."
The fan page is initially supervised by Jan Patrick Turra and Michael Halm, both HR managers of the Rolled Products business area at Hydro in Germany.
