The Hydro Graduate Program is a structured onboarding program designed to equip you with the competencies needed to successfully thrive in the position and build a longer-term career in Hydro. Through the program you will be exposed to different parts of the Hydro organization, this will help you build network, get to know the business, and develop new skills and competencies.   

In Hydro we depend on different perspectives to solve our tasks, so your opinion matter. In Hydro all graduates will have a different set of responsibilities and you will to a large extent be in control of your own career path with the right support and guidance from Hydro colleagues. Our aim with the program is not to make all graduates the same, but rather develop employees that can build on their strengths and believes.

  • Onboarding sessions as well as local trainings and seminars 
  • Social and professional gatherings with involvement from management in Hydro

Our graduate positions are published on and Facebook in September each year. Once the application deadline has passed, we will review all applications carefully. After the evaluation process is completed, qualified candidates will be invited to complete the following steps in the recruitment process:
