Area of Responsibility
- Personnel management and continuous improvement of the team consisting of HR Specialists by using the Hydro tools and living the Hydro Way;
- Responsible for continuous process improvement within the team as well as with our systems (e.g. Case Management System);
- Responsible for the performance of the team and guarantee the compliance of KPIs in acc. with SLAs;
- Member of GBS HR Germany Management-Team and close cooperation with colleagues from the GBS Organization and the HR Business Partners;
- Support the team with operational work (customer service, time management, certifications, controlling, Case Administration).
- University degree (e.g. economics or similar);
- Positive understanding of leadership and first leadership experience preferable;
- Good understanding of process optimization, high costumer and service orientation;
- IT affinity;
- Fluency in German and English;
- Willingness to live in Germany for a period.
