Area of Responsibility
The Specialist will be involved in the admin and support of the current HR systems(Cornerstone and SAP) until go-live of the new system. In parallel, you will be involved in system configuration and testing of SAP Success Factors. After go-live the key tasks will be user support and system administration tasks.
Implementation Support to the Global Roll Out of SAP Success Factors
Process Mapping Review and Documentation
Date collection, cleansing and migration support
Post live hyper care support
Application Management including configuration and set up
HR/End user support for users in America (USA, Canada, Mexico and Argentina)
Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years working with SAP Success Factors
Education: Associates degree in related field or equivalent wok experience
Functional knowledge: Experience with HR processes is an advantage
Technical Knowledge: SP Success Factors experience is required
Language & Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; Cross Cultural, global team player; positive and self motivated; bilingual (Spanish or French) a plus; Result oriented, customer focused, proactive and energetic; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to train others is a plus.
