1. Can you log into the Hydro network?

If yes, please visit the Hydro Employee Center to report your issue or submit your request. (MS Edge browser required) 

2. Are you a PC user and you’ve forgotten your password?

How to Reset Your Password?

Use the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Portal .

• Type in your Hydro email ID and complete the captcha, click Next
• Choose the verification method of your choice (SMS, Call or Authenticator)
• Enter the required details, and click Next
• Complete the multi-factor authentication (i.e. verification)

Don’t forget the password requirements

Your password must be at least 15 characters long and include at least three of the following categories:

• Uppercase letters (A-Z, including accented, Greek, and Cyrillic characters)
• Lowercase letters (a-z, including accented, Greek, and Cyrillic characters Numbers (0-9)
•  Special characters (e.g: ~!@#$`>?/)
• Other Unicode characters (e.g: §©♬☁☂)
