Care, Courage, Collaboration

The values Care, Courage and Collaboration are our guidelines for the way we work to achieve these goals.

Growing our diverse supplier portfolio embodies these values by promoting opportunities for diverse partners, encouraging the entrepreneurial and innovative solutions diverse suppliers offer, and increasing our competitive advantage by conducting business in a more inclusive way.

How can interested businesses participate in Hydro's Supplier Diversity Program?

Any suppliers wishing to participate in the Extrusion North America supplier diversity program should email SupplierDiversityENA@Hydro.com. Hydro will follow up to learn more about your company and its capabilities. Pending approval, we will add your company to Hydro’s diverse vendor database. Should there be a need for the goods and/or services your company provides, we will contact you to discuss current or future needs. Hydo will maintain this data for no more than 24 months after certification expiration date.    Please note that all ENA purchases are made in the competitive marketplace. Registering your company in our program does not automatically place your company on a “bidder’s list,” nor does it constitute approval of your company as a Hydro supplier or obligate Hydro to solicit requests for quotations.

What does Hydro ENA require of its suppliers, once awarded a purchase order or contract?

All suppliers must abide by the Hydro Supplier Code of Conduct and the Hydro ENA Purchase Order Terms & Conditions.
