Hydro Henderson is growing, and Sellers will be in a position to provide the needed leadership for success,” says Augustine.
A native of Kentucky, Sellers joined Hydro Henderson in 2022 as Improvement Manager. She brings with her broad managerial experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University and is certified as a Continuous Improvement Manager.
In July 2022, Hydro announced a USD 15 million investment in a new homogenization furnace that will enable the plant to produce a greater volume of advanced alloys using recycled metals with a lower carbon footprint.

Sellers will commence in her new role on March 16, 2024.
Hydro Henderson is an aluminum recycling plant with the capacity to produce over 90,000 tonnes of aluminum extrusion billet annually. The plant has 50 employees and has been in operation since 2000. Hydro Henderson serves its customers in automotive, transportation and buildings and construction with high-quality recycled extrusion ingot and is certified to produce Hydro CIRCAL, Hydro’s premium low-carbon recycled aluminium product containing at least 75 percent end-of-life scrap.
