John Thuestad comes from the position as Head of Extrusion Europe in Hydro's Extruded Solutions. He has more than 30 years of operational and leadership experience from the aluminium industry, and has worked in the entire value chain, from bauxite and alumina to extrusion, in an international capacity.
He holds a master’s degree in Metallurgy from NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University Pittsburgh.
