Undergraduate students who identify with the female gender can now apply for internship positions at Hydro's units in Pará (Alunorte, Albras, and the corporate office in Belém and Rio de Janeiro). Applications for the Talento Infinito program are open and extend until November 30th.

To participate, you must be enrolled in Higher Education from the 4th semester onwards, be available for six hours a day, and have intermediate English. Applications from university students from more than 25 undergraduate courses will be accepted. The complete list is available on the program's website. The recruitment process stages include online assessment through tests, online dynamics, and face-to-face interview.

This is the fourth edition of the program that won first place in the IEL Talent Awards 2023 in the category "Innovative Company - Large Company." The initiative, promoted by the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL/PA), annually recognizes the best internship practices developed by companies and educational institutions in Pará. "Our goal is to provide development, offering training in new skills and competencies for the corporate market. Affirmative positions are part of our strategy to ensure women's participation in the job market and guarantee a more diverse and inclusive organization," comments Pamela Seabra, Hydro's Recruitment and Selection Manager.

The selected interns will receive a scholarship compatible with the market, in addition to food allowance, transportation voucher, health insurance, and life insurance. The internship lasts one year and can be renewed for another year if the intern is still in college. At the end, a participation certificate is provided. The expectation is that the selected interns will start their activities in the companies from April 2024.

About Talento Infinito
Talento Infinito is a partner of IEL/PA, which is part of the "S" System and aims to promote School-Company interaction through its various programs, among them supervised internship for students. The program was structured with the goal of effectively contributing to the development of young people, including training, mentoring, and monthly meetings with HR. Interns also develop group improvement projects throughout their journey within Hydro. Besides the internship program, Hydro invests in the development of young talents through programs aimed at apprentices and trainees.

About the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) Program
Hydro's DIB is another commitment of the company to promote positive change in society. With the belief that a company needs to promote inclusion actions globally, Hydro aims to increase female employee representation to 25% by 2025. In Hydro's selection processes, all opportunities are open to individuals with disabilities and rehabilitated by INSS. The program also seeks to bring about a transformation in the company culture by integrating people with disabilities (PWD), of different races, ethnicities, and LGBTQIA+.
