This week, the 67 new interns of Hydro have already started their activities in the company, in the Albras, Alunorte and Paragominas plants and Offices of Belém and Rio de Janeiro. The "Infinite Talent" program enables the experience of immersion of practical knowledge and professional growth, through training and mentor tutoring, while working on a graduation area. For this edition of the program, it was registered more than 7,000 subscribers.

Before starting effectively in the units, the students participated in an extensive agenda in Belém and Barcarena, last week. The agenda included lectures and conversations on the company, the Care, Courage and Collaboration values, the internal and good practice procedures, talking to managers and professionals from various areas of Hydro and interacting to each other.

The first contact with the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives was also in the agenda by visiting the Ronald McDonald house, a non-profit institution that benefits children and adolescents in cancer treatment in Belém (PA).

It was glimpsing to follow these new professional paths and values that Lígia Henriques Begot accepted the challenge of becoming Hydro's intern. Being 35 years old, Lígia already has a doctorate degree in another area of knowledge and is the most experienced intern of the program. In the search of the dream of conquering a career in Hydro, she left the stability that had in the academic career. "I wanted a new career. I have many skills, some little leased. I needed something new. I think of a career in Hydro. To take advantage of these abilities. It's a place where I can grow professionally, "said excited.

Lígia was in the fishing engineering carrer and worked as a teacher in a postgraduate program when she decided to return to college, this time in the course of economy, and betting on this new direction. Lígia is excited to learn in Hydro and also contribute to their new colleagues. "I think it's important to exchange. I notice that this new generation is full of challenges, "she said. 

Gerlem Brito Filho, an economy student and new intern of Albras, is enthusiastic with the opportunity within the global company. "I believe that this experience will add a lot to me, both in issues of professional knowledge and the personal growth, having to be in touch with all these very intelligent, very experienced people in the market," he said. 

For Nicolle Bittencourt, Public Relations student that will work in the office of Rio de Janeiro, is admirable to Hydro provide a interaction with several sectors. "This experience of knowing the Albras and Alunorte plants, in addition to being able to interact with all interns, are being very rewarding. In addition to all this, the company encourages employees to participate in volunteering actions. Expectations are the best for this year, "she said. 

Infinite Talent - This is the second class of interns of the program. The success of the first edition was awarded by the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL), in which Hydro was in the second national position of "Great Company" category, for maintaining the best practices of attraction, development and retention of interns. In addition, Izabella Rendeiro, Alunorte's intern, was recognized as "Highlight Intern" of the Regional fase of the award by the project developed in the program.
