Key experience:
Vestheim Nordh joined Hydro in 1995 as a trainee in the company’s R&D organization and continued as an engineer and department manager before taking on the role of Casthouse Manager at the Karmøy aluminium plant.
She later held the position as HSE Manager at Hydro Karmøy followed by a position as Head of HSE, HR and CSR in the Energy business area. Nordh also led the HR integration following Hydro’s acquisition of Sapa in 2017.
