Gundersen has extensive experience from executive positions. He held several positions within Tomra Systems ASA from 1999 to 2022, including CFO from 2003 and deputy CEO from 2009. He played a key role in Tomra’s international growth and expansion. He also has experience from auditing at Arthur Andersen (1989–1995), as well as business development at Selmer ASA (1995–1999).
Gundersen is currently a full-time non-executive board member and has broad board experience as a Chair of the Board, a Board member, and Chair of audit committees.
