Key experience:
Wahl is Chair of the privately owned investment company Strømstangen and Chair and one of the co-founders of the Voxtra Foundation. He co-founded the European Private Equity Company, IK Partners, previously Industri Kapital, in 1989 and was Deputy Chair and Partner for a period of 20 years. Prior to this, from 1987 to 1989, Wahl worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York and London within Corporate Finance.
Wahl has through his career gained in-depth experience within private equity, finance, business transformation, strategy, governance and people & compensation. Wahl has served on the board of directors in a number of European companies in various industries.
