Stenhagen joined Hydro in 2005 and has extensive experience from both the Aluminium Metal business area and corporate functions. Since 2013, he has held several key positions in Aluminium Metal, including Head of Staff Functions, interim Head of the Recycling business unit in 2025, and as Head of Primary Production Global from 2026. He has previously served as Head of Compensation & Benefits in Group HR and Head of HR at Hydro's joint venture Qatalum.
